Community Outreach Programs

Done in a Day: This project provides opportunities for NCJW volunteers to complete a worthwhile project in a short amount of time. Volunteers get to know other NCJW members, learn about existing community service as well as connect to other agencies, institutions, and organizations in both the Jewish and greater Cleveland community. In this picture, students from Carver Elementary School in Cleveland enjoy a hike in the Metropolitan Park.

Hello Israel & Focus on Israel are programs presented to school -age children and adults who have not been exposed to much Judaism or information about Israel. The program contains information about Israel’s diversity and progress for adult audiences and students of non Jewish groups and schools.
